Our Research
Peking University National institute of health and Megadata, Primary care research center of big data actively utilize existing electronic health records resources, focus on data collection and sharing management, play a dominant role of primary care data in resource allocation. Based on the massive primary care health data, carry out the analysis and application of big data, analyze the medical and health forms in China and help formulate health policies. Meanwhile, the center will strengthen big data security management, promote the establishment and improvement of health and medical big data opening, protection and other security management systems, and effectively protect personal privacy and information security.
Our People
Professor Chi Chunhua, head of the center, is the Chairperson-designate of General Practice Branch of Chinese Medical Association. Through years of work in the fields of general practice and respiratory medicine. To establish close contact with the principals of primary care and community health service centers in many places in China and the principals of general practice in higher medical colleges and universities in China.
Executive director Zhou Guopeng, vice-director of center, is the vice chairman of youth committee of health management branch of Beijing medical association, and executive director of Beijing health information technology association. Over the years, he has been committed to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in elder people and the integrated management of chronic patients, and has rich experience in medical information management.
